How do I get free delivery options?

You are able to take the free mail delivery without tracking ID for free if you order more than 30 €

For every orders above 80 € you can choose the mail delivery with tracking ID for free.

Every orders above 200 € are able to choose express delivery with tracking ID completely free.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charges are 12 € for all orders below 100 €.

DHL Express costs 59,95 €.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

At the moment we are just accepting payment via SEPA Bank Transfer.

PayPal – You are able to pay with Paypal. Just follow the instructions after the checkout. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS WITHOUT TRACKING ID DELIVERIES AND PAYPAL!!! Please do not order without a booked tracking ID.

Please beware that you will get any informations at the end of your order how to pay it.

We are working on more payment gateways.

 
How long will the delivery take?

We do not have any control after sending your order. The parcel service has the responsibility to deliver it properly to your destination.

We are shipping from Germany, Italy, Spain and Austria, Every order will be shipped with an insurance till 1.500 €.

When your product is not in stock in your country, we will send it from the next possible Warehouse.

We need 1 – 3 business days to prepare your order.

The delivery time should be 1 – 3 business days for all European countries.

Just choose in your Cart which shipping option you prefer.

 
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will send your order daily from Monday – Friday. When you would order till 12 pm your order will be sent at the same day.

After sending you will get a Tracking-ID link. You can follow 24h your parcel destination.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Every order receive an invoice automatically after payment. Open your email account and check your spam order if you are not able find it.

How are the refund policies?

Every costumer has the right to get a refund if they are not satisfied for 60 days.

We also refund and resend orders if they were booked with a tracking ID.

WE DO NOT REFUND ANY ORDERS WITHOUT A TRACKING ID.

If you want an insurance for your delivery, book the tracking ID order.
